We do not accept returns on any items once they have been purchased.
While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, all sales are final. Please carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions before making your purchase.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at aurora.care.rs@gmail.com. We will work with you to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not supported under our no-return policy. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order. However, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
